Whether it's painting landscapes inspired by the interplay of light and color under the beautiful trees of Idyllwild, collaging papers by giving a contemporary interpretation to textile practices, or bringing a discarded object back to life as functional art, my goal has been to draw on all the visual influences in my life, to create objects of beauty that harmonize with their environments and resonate with the people who live with them.
